At World Discovered Pacific, LLC, which includes World Discovered Pacific; Hawaii Tour Experts; and Travel Webinar (collectively, “World Discovered Pacific,” “us,” “we” or “our”), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we collect from our visitors and users, including visitors to the websites worlddiscoverdpacific.com, worlddiscoveredpacific.info , go.travelwdp.com hawaiitourexperts.com, https://www.facebook.com/travelwebinar ], as well as any associated mobile applications and all related websites and other web-based services (collectively, the “Sites”). This Policy also describes how we use personal information, the purpose for sharing and recipients of personal information, and your rights and choices associated with that information.
By using our Sites, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. We ask that you do not use the Sites if you do not agree to the disclosures in this Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to any Site that links to this Privacy Policy. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services, even if they link to our Site. Log Files
World Discovered Pacific follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on World Discovered Pacific, which are sent directly to users' browsers. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
Note that World Discovered Pacific has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Electronic Marketing Communications
If you would like to stop receiving our emailed newsletter or other electronic marketing or promotional messages and notifications, you may do so by following the unsubscribe instructions that appear in our email or text communications. We will endeavor to comply with these requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Please be advised that you may not be able to opt-out of receiving certain service or transactional email messages from us that are required to provide you with our Sites.

This section applies to any California residents about whom we have collected personal information from any source, including through your use of our Sites, by buying products or services, or by communicating with us electronically, in paper correspondence, or in person.
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents with rights to receive certain disclosures regarding the collection, use, and sharing of “personal information,” as well as rights to access, delete, and restrict the sale of certain personal information we collect about them. California residents also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of your privacy rights under the CCPA.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. As an Internet-based company, we do share cookies, pixels, and similar online tracking information with third parties in order to allow you to see tailored digital advertisements. To the extent this activity is interpreted as included in California’s broad definition of “data sale”, we have provided you with opt-out rights as to that activity as described in Section 4(f) below

Your Privacy Rights
We limit our disclosure of the categories of personal information that are listed in Section 6(a) above to our service providers who utilize the information for one or more business purposes.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under applicable California law in relation to your personal information, subject to certain exceptions:

Right to Know. You have the right to, up to twice in a 12-month period, request what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and/or sell, as applicable.

Right to Delete. You have the right to request under certain circumstances the deletion of your personal information that is collected by us.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale. You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information by a business.

Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of the privacy rights described above.

Any request you submit to us is subject to an identification and residency verification process (“Verifiable Consumer Request”) as required or otherwise permitted by the CCPA. We will not fulfill your request unless you have provided sufficient information that enables us to reasonably verify that you are the consumer about whom we collected the personal information on. In order to verify you, you must provide us with name, email & phone. These rights are also subject to various exclusions and exceptions under applicable laws.
You may also designate an authorized agent, in writing or through a power of attorney, to request to exercise the above rights on your behalf. The authorized agent may submit a request to exercise these rights by emailing the letter of authorization or power of attorney to info@hawaiitourexperts.com.

We currently do not collect household data. If we receive a Right to Know or Right to Delete request submitted by all members of a household, we will individually respond to each request. We will not be able to comply with any request by a member of a household under the age of 13, as we do not collect personal information from any person under the age of 13.
We will respond to your request within forty-five (45) days after receipt of a Verifiable Consumer Request for a period covering twelve (12) months and for no more than twice in a twelve-month period. World Discovered Pacific reserves the right to extend the response time by an additional forty-five (45) days when reasonably necessary and provided consumer notification of the extension is made within the first forty-five (45) days.
You may exercise your Right to Delete or Right to Know, as described in this section, by emailing us at info@hawaiitourexperts.com. You may exercise your Right to Opt-Out of Data Sales by following the instructions in Section 6(f) immediately below.

Notice of Right to Opt-Out
We do not sell your personal information. If you wish to opt-out of our sharing of the limited data that is gathered when you visit our Site for purposes of targeted digital advertising, we encourage you to visit the Network Advertising Initiative and/or the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising for more information about opting out of seeing targeted digital advertisements. You may also visit these websites for more information about how you can opt back into the sharing of data. Please note that World Discovered Pacific does not maintain this web tracking data in an identifiable manner.
You may also be able to opt-out of web tracking on our Site by modifying your browser or device settings to decline or accept cookies. Please note that if you do so, it is possible that our Sites may not be able to function as designed.

California "Shine the Light" Law
California residents additionally have the right to request information regarding third parties to whom World Discovered Pacific has disclosed certain categories of personal information during the preceding year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83).
Personal information under this California law means “any information that when it was disclosed identified, described, or was able to be associated with an individual.”
We do not disclose this type of personal information to third parties for their own purposes and we permit you to opt-out of any disclosures of non-identifiable personal information. Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada residents have the right to request to opt out of any “sale” of their personal information under Nevada SB 220. You may request to opt out of the future sale of your personal information. If you are a Nevada resident and would like to make such a request, please email us at info@hawaiitourexperts.com. You must include your full name, email address and postal address in your email or mail request so that we can verify your Nevada residence and respond. In the event we sell your personal information after the receipt of your request, we will make reasonable efforts to comply with such request.​

International Data Transfers
Our Sites are operated in the United States and intended for users located in the United States. We may transfer, store and use information we collect and maintain about you, including personal information outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction. The data protection laws in the jurisdiction in which we process personal information may differ from those of your jurisdiction, and in certain circumstances, your personal information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, law enforcement agencies or regulatory agencies in those other jurisdictions.
